Technivorm Coffee Brewers
30 day money back satisfaction offer for new brewers. If within 30 days after you have purchased your Technivorm Coffee Brewer, you are not satisfied and would like a refund, return it with the sales slip and date of purchase. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by either calling us at 888-950-0888 or via email. Write the furnished RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. For non-defective returns you must insure that the brewer is fully cleaned, in its original box with all packing materials, original literature such as the manual. Should you choose to keep any of the items included with our offer, we will deduct from your refund at our current retail prices. After the first 30 days brewers are covered under Technivorm's warranty - 5 year from date of purchase. Save your invoice as proof of purchase date.
Behmor Brazen Coffee Brewer
14 day money back satisfaction offer for new brewers. If within 14 days after you have received your BraZen Coffee Brewer, you are not satisfied and would like a refund, return it with the sales slip and date of purchase. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by either calling us at 888-950-0888 or via email. Write the furnished RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA. After the first 14 days it is covered under BraZen’s warranty - 2 years from date of purchase. Save your invoice as proof of purchase date. You will pay for return shipping. For non-defective returns you must insure that the brewer is fully cleaned, in its original box with all packing materials, original literature such as the manual. Should you choose to keep any of the items included with our offer, we will deduct from your refund at our current retail prices.
Refurbished Brewers
Refurbished Technivorm and Brazen brewers carry a 1 year Roastmasters warranty against defect. A refurbished brewer can be returned during the first 14 days should there be any defect but cannot be returned for other reasons. Any return for defect requires you first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by either calling us at 888-950-0888 or via email. Should you choose to keep any of the items included with any offer, we will deduct from your refund at our current retail prices.
Products sold 'bundled'
If two or more products are bundled as a package deal and the purchaser chooses to return one of the product components then the amount refunded will reflect the discounted price. Savings on the bundle will be forfeited.
Home Roasters, Espresso Machines and other Accessory Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that there are situations require attention after your purchase. We ask that you not buy products with the expectation of testing them out as unnecessary returns are harmful to companies.
Damaged Products:
We take extra care in insuring that all products shipped from Roastmasters.com leave in as-manufactured condition. However, it can happen that damaged in transit does occur.
If any product ordered from Roastmasters.com arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 5 days of receipt of item). Please repackage the damaged product in its original packing/shipping material. We will issue a UPS call tag and have the product picked up at no cost to you. We will replace the product as soon as we possibly can.
Defective Products:
If a product arrives defective, or becomes defective before the end of the warranty period (usually one year), please notify us immediately. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you in contacting the manufacturer to either have the product repaired or replaced. If the product requires replacement, you will need to receive a return authorization. You will incur no shipping charges, but we will need your help in repacking the produce for return shipment.
Dissatisfied with Product:
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product ordered or you ordered the wrong product, you may return it for full refund within 15 days of receipt, however, an RMA is required (see below). The product must be unused and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and shipping material in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges and used products are non-refundable. If your equipment arrives in unused, saleable condition, we will refund your full purchase price less our original shipping costs.
Beyond 15 days and/or equipment has been used we will issue a store credit for the original cost of the item minus original shipping cost and any included items (such as coffee, which cannot be returned). The item must be in good working order and include the original packing and any included accessories. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow us a few days to check in your item upon receipt.
We reserve the right to impose a compensatory restocking fee if any returned product can no longer be sold as new. The amount of the restocking fee will reflect our cost to refurbish and resell the product, if applicable.
Roasters or electrical items for purchase outside of the USA:
All of the coffee roasters, grinders, brewers and any other electric appliances that we carry are made to be used and warranteed for use in the United States of America where the electric supply is 110/120 volts, 60hz. If you are outside the USA and purchase one of the described classes of products noted above, you accept full responsibility for the proper working order of the product. The manufacturer's USA warranty is void outside the USA unless otherwise stated. Returns of such items cannot be accepted. Please note, there are a number of countries that have the exact same electric standard as the USA and should not present an electical issue, however, there may be entry or customs issues or expenses over which we have no control and therefore we cannot be held responsible if your product does not reach you due to such a situation or if it has added costs imposed by your country. Electric coffee roasters in particular are very voltage sensitive and if you are outside the USA, with the intent of converting or regulating the voltage and/or frequency delivered to the roaster, you do so by accepting all responsibility relating to your choice.
Green Coffee
Green coffee is not returnable. Green coffee is a food item, and as such, cannot be returned. We go to great lengths to offer our customers the very highest quality coffees of distinction. We describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. If you are unsure if you will like a particular coffee, we highly suggest ordering one pound to start.

Warrantees
New equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. If you need warranty support please contact the manufacturer. We will help guide you to the necessary contact if you need assistance.
Other
Shipping costs are not refundable. Coffee, a food product, cannot be returned for reasons of health and safety.
